I enjoy being a member of IARP because they pull us together. Conferences lead to Networking Opportunities which help us to gain knowledge and help our diverse community seem smaller and more connected.  The Member Directory helps me to find colleagues when needed, and I enjoy the listserv which brings interesting situations to light where we can all learn.  In testimony, reporting that I belong to IARP provides me with a valid platform for consistency and a sense of belonging to a larger force.  Membership in IARP is a valuable part of my business!
