Thank you for potentially registering to attend as an Exhibitor at the OARP Spring Conference & Vendor Exhibition on Friday, April 26, 2019 at the Kennedy School, Portland.

Your Exhibitor registration may include up to two people for admission and meals. If you want to have more representatives than your package includes, you may do so for an extra $60 per person. Please let us know as soon as possible with the names of the additional representatives.

Here are important details and tips you need to know about the conference:


Set-up time for Exhibitors begins at 7:00 am. The conference check-in time for attendees starts at 7:15 and lasts until 8:00 am so please allow yourself enough time to have your table set up by then.

Location & Parking:

 Kennedy School is located at 5736 NE 33rd Ave , in Portland.  The School(former) has a large parking behind the building and there are ADA disabled parking spaces available.

Conference Room Information:

The conference will be held in the Gymnasium. Exhibitors will be in the same large room as the conference itself and you are more than welcome to listen in on the presentations. Because Exhibitors are in the same room as the conference itself, please be mindful of noise levels and keep talking to a minimum during the presentations. It can get quite distracting as Exhibitors visit with one another during the presentations so if you need to have conversations with one another or phone calls, kindly step out of the conference room.


A continental breakfast will be provided along with a buffet lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions that you haven’t made us aware of yet, please let me know ASAP.

Many Exhibitors choose to bring a gift, basket or gift cards/certificates as a door prize giveaway and you are welcome participate. This is not a required.

You may collect business cards at your table for your own purposes but we are asking that all Exhibitors draw names of the winner from one main conference drawing basket that will include everyone. This is to avoid having the same person win multiple prizes and gives everyone a chance to win something. Also, most Exhibitors want their giveaway prize to go to a conference attendee not to another Exhibitor. Giveaways will be done throughout the lunch hour at 12:15.

The giveaways should be fast-moving - you are welcome to introduce yourself and the company you are representing with a brief description of your giveaway and then announce the winner. Keep your time at the microphone to a minimum (30 seconds) so we can include all Exhibitors who wish to participate in the giveaways.

The conference will wrap up between 3:30 and 4:00 pm and you are welcome to stay until then, especially to those Exhibitors who also want the continuing education credits for the event.
